Hey there!!! So, we just finished a late night Tech Crew meeting, and so here is the schedule for TECH CREW DECORATING WEEK; Monday April 12th – Friday April 16th. Thank you for your support, and so we ask you to not send this out until AFTER SIO weekend. Only because it will be too crazy otherwise. And we just need to confirm that these times work with the locations we are going for; the Escalona House and our Westmont Town Home location at the base of campus. Thank you so much! Can’t wait! See you all at ASF in 12 hours.

Tech Crew Ninjas
Decorating:
Monday 12th at Escalona, 4 p.m.:
- Tree Mound tasks
~ Attach chicken wire to PVC tree segments with zip ties
~ Finish crown top with random PVC pipes and joints for branches
~ Cover tree base with chicken wires
~ Start paper mache` mixing with water/glue buckets
~ Raid/Bring newspaper
Tuesday 13th at Escalona, 5:30 p.m.:
- Tree Mound tasks:
~ Finish paper mache` process
~ Start painting tree
Wednesday 14th at Westmont/ Nobel drive, 1 p.m.:
- Hut tasks:
~ Paint hut and base light brown with rollers
~ Paint corners and frames with brushes
Thursday 15th at Escalona, 5:30 p.m.:
- Tree Mound tasks:
~ Finish any mache` and painting
~ Decorate crown with vines and stuff? (feel free to bring in any decorations… thank you.)
- Pike (Last thing for sure)
~ Cut PVC, paint light brown
~ Section out and paint blue painter’s tape to dark brown for handle of pike
~ Cut out and paint cardboard(thick/sturdy/notflimsy) blade silver
- Hut Facade
~ Paint light brown body
~ Paint dark brown roof
~ Cut pairs of PVC for bamboo and paint light brown and spray dark brown for paternal bamboo effect at joints
~ Screw PVC and pairs to wood
~ Glue grassy stuff to dark brown roof
Friday 16th at Escalona, 1p.m.:
- Tree Facade
~ Paint trunk light brown with rollers
~ Paint crown dark green with brushes
~ Spray trunk dark brown for ridge effect
~ Finish anything else (painting, mache`, grass, PVC, etc.)
